- Each rotator system consists of one powered and one idler rotator set.
- Rubber-coated cast wheels absorb vibration during rotation and impacts during loading while welding.
- The rubber-coated wheels are made in-house and can be supplied quickly from stock.
- Adjustable wheel centre distance
- Standard designs from 500 kg to 100 tonnes
- For applications involving high heat and heavy loads, special steel wheels or steel wheels with special rubber coating can be used.
- Diameter adjustment to suit the workpiece is done by hand or, optionally, with a lead screw.
- Digital control for manual use, or integration into column & boom or robotic welding systems via analogue inputs.
- Can be placed on the floor on anti-vibration buffer feet
- Can be levelled and fixed to the floor by its feet
- Can run on rails with a manual or motorised wheeled carriage
- Self-positioning for diameters from Ø500 to Ø5000 mm (other sizes produced on request)
